Kevin’s Roofing & Attic Insulation was formed in 1982. We are a residential roofing contractor who services Stafford, Spotsylvania, the City of Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. Our company is licensed with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupation Regulation (DPOR) and carries both Worker’s Compensation and Liability insurances. We are proud to be known for our excellence in customer service and problem solving.
Kevin’s Roofing and team members are certified through the major roofing manufacturers: Certainteed, GAF, Owens Corning, and Velux. We hold superior ratings with the Better Business Bureau and Angie’s List. Customer service is our top priority and we work hard to keep our customers happy.

NICOLE MCDANIEL
Nicole is the Owner and President of Kevin’s Roofing. Nicole has grown up with roofing in her blood as a second-generation roofing contractor. As a child, she was Kevin’s shadow on the job sites picking up trash and helping with estimates. She established the company’s repair department while in high school. Nicole then attended Longwood University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She worked in the finance industry out of college before returning to Kevin’s Roofing. She has been leading the company since 2010 and will continue the legacy of Kevin’s Roofing for many years to come!
Kevin is the founder of Kevin’s Roofing. Kevin started the company when he was a junior at Stafford Senior High school. He grew up on construction sites watching new homes being built and knew his talents would serve him well in roofing. At the start of his career, he worked for many area builders and even Lowe’s roofing division for a short time. As Kevin’s Roofing became a household name, he began to focus mainly on residential roofing.
When Kevin is not roofing, he can be found on the bicycle trails, at the gym, at church, or keeping busy helping others. Kevin sets the standard for all of the Kevin’s Roofing employees to provide 100% customer satisfaction while providing honest and ethical services. He is excited for the company evolve and continue to service the Fredericksburg region as his daughter follows in his footsteps.
Andretti Stanley grew up in Stafford County and has been a professional estimator for Kevin’s Roofing for over 10 years. Previously, Andretti was employed by a local building and renovation company and has over 17 years of experience in construction. Like all of the team members at Kevin’s Roofing, he takes pride in his customer service and accuracy. You are sure to see his bright smile around town and maybe even in your home.
Katie was born and raised in Fredericksburg and is very familiar with the area. Upon graduation from Chancellor High School in 2005, Katie worked with an area plumbing company as a call dispatcher for 11 years. Katie has been a part of the Kevin’s Roofing team since 2016 as our Administrative Assistant. She is often the first voice you will hear upon calling our office. She handles our estimate schedule, accounts payable/receivable, material orders, and most importantly, keeping our customers informed and 100% happy!
Josh is a Fredericksburg native and has been working in construction his entire life. He has worked alongside Kevin’s Roofing for over 15 years assisting with siding and exterior work and even ran his own successful siding company. Josh was an important part of rebuilding George Washington’s boyhood home and Ferry Farm. He now manages field production for Kevin’s Roofing. When Josh isn’t on the job sites, you will find him outside fishing, kayaking, playing with his girls, or volunteering at Chancellor High Football games.
